Interests are hiking, collecting and identifying wild mushrooms (check out the club at http://sacmush.com/), Cuban jazz, sailing, moving on cross-country skis or snowshoes, travel and making quick sketches (Cuba, Argentina/Chile, Mexico, Spain, Central Europe, Brazil).

Have created a hybrid research methods course for the social and behavioral sciences based on the principles we laid out in our research methods book (A Practical Guide to Behavior Research). I would love to see it go somewhere.
