You have to invest a lot of time to train it. Plus, sometimes you have to pay a lot of money for stuff to take care of it.

He's a barker. He has psychological issues - he's scared of everything and difficult to control outside. He's also needy.

Dogs are a lot of work. Always having to walk and feed him gets tiring, and you can't forget to do it or the dog gets upset and starts barking. He also makes a really big mess every once and a while.

He doesn't like to be left alone so he has a tendency to scratch things and tear things apart when I leave. He causes his share of trouble but that is normal for a puppy.

They smell, the responsibilities.

Sometimes when I just want to pick up and do something, like go away for a weekend, I can't. I have to make arrangement for my dog, almsot like having a kid.

He has a tendency to run off. He was originally picked up as a runaway. I should have taken him to dog training school. The other problem is, you can't them with you everywhere. We tend to plan activities around him as much as possible, but there's only so much you can do.

Sometimes she is not very friendly with guests so we have to put her away. We can not go on long vacations that do not allow pets.

He sometimes gets out of hand because he is a big dog and knows it.

Cleaning up after him! He is a puppy so he chews on everything, among doing other things that I get to clean up!

She's loud and requires a lot of attention.

It is a hassle to take care of him: walking, feeding, brushing, etc.

People are scared of him since he is a pit bull. He likes to chew on the furniture.

ok, she smells funky, she's got this wet dog smell all the time and it's worse than the regular wet dog smell. SHe licks her butt in front of me while I'm trying to eat. She used to chew on my shoes. She barks a lot. The neighbors cll her Barkley. wait, the smell! When you pet her it gets on your hands. She gets dirt in the house; she tracks mud in. She had fleas for a long time. She doesnt' respond well to commands. She's kinda rebellious. Yeah, she's not too smart. We'll give her an ice cube and she'll bury it in the backyard and get all ditressed when she can't find it. She stares at me when I'm trying to eat. It's kinda unnerving. WE bathe her frequently! I don't understand why she smells so bad!

When going on vacation, we have to put Mickey in a kennel. We take vacations often.

My Mom didn't like the dog. He dug his way into the back of the sofa when he was little. He would pee on the carpets. When we'd go fishing, he'd swim in the water and scare the fish away. When he was left alone, he'd break out and find his way downtown to the store we owned. Once, when we went into town instead of to our shop, the dog tore up the shop door trying to get in when we weren't there.

Barks a lot and takes a lot of time.

Needs training and damages furniture.

He likes to pee all over the kitchen when he gets scared, especially when there are thunderstorms. Its a mess to clean up and really gross. I guess it can also be a pain to have to always be aroound to take care of him. I'm the only one who takes care of the dog, and sometimes I don't want to walk him, but I have to. The worst though is when the dog gets f***ing lost and I have to go look for him, that really pisses me off.

Because she is a puppy she takes up a lot of time and sometimes all she wants to do is play all day and won't leave me alone. Also, she can be bad sometimes and not listen to me when I tell her to stop doing something.

They go to the bathroom - a lot. They're Saint Bernards, you know, so when they go, they really go. Cow patty sized.
