Research

Dr. Henry has conducted research in the fields of audition, behavior genetics, and brain-behavior relationships. His most recent studies involve electrically recording from inner ear neurons, in order to study basic processes of the normal ear, such as adaptation and excitation. Other experiments have examined the abnormal auditory system, evaluating the influence of specific genes, aging, drugs, and noise.
