- Celebrate Winter's Youth Day! For the first time, the Memory and Development Lab joined the city of winters to celebrate their annual Winter's Youth Day. We supplied arts and crafts for the children while face painting. Adults and children alike enjoyed the bright sunshine while dancing to music and connecting the youth with their city of Winters.
