This sexually explicit video consists of animated graphics, clips from 1950-style movies, and voice-over narration taken from various movies and songs organized around the themes of gay male sex and condom use. Among the messages conveyed by the video are that condoms should be used during anal sex, that condoms should be used early in a sexual encounter because of the possible presence of HIV in pre-ejaculate, that self-restraint is necessary during sex while intoxicated, and that men should take responsibility for their actions. AIDS and HIV are never mentioned directly.

The video will be useful primarily as a trigger for discussions about sexuality and safer sex. The video won an award in the "Homo Home Video Contest" sponsored by the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.
