Subtitled "The Psychosocial Implications of HIV Revelation," this short-length video explores the problem of interpersonal avoidance of HIV-positive sexual partners by potential partners. The video is narrated in voice-over by an HIV-positive gay male as pulsating images of dancing young men alternate with images of a spinning world globe. The narrator discusses his difficulty finding sex partners after he discloses his HIV status. Because he has practiced safer sex since he learned of his serostatus, he has not disclosed it to his partners. Now, however, he feels an obligation to inform potential partners that he is HIV-positive.

The narrator expresses frustration with HIV-negative men and men who don't know their serostatus who refuse to have safer sex with HIV-positive men. "Why," he asks, "is it okay to fuck safely in ignorance?" The narrator describes a pickup type of telephone conversation in which a man lost interest in meeting him after learning his HIV status.

The technical production quality is excellent; the dance music and rapidly changing images give this short production an MTV-style appearance.
