Course Description. The plan for this seminar is to read papers on applications of agent-based modeling to the behavioral and biological sciences.  In particular, we will focus on particular applications and projects emphasizing the methodological, epistemological, ontological, and practical assumptions that are made in agent-based models.

Grading for the class will be based primarily on attendance and participation in discussion. In addition, members of the seminar will take turns leading the discussion of a preliminary set of papers I have selected and/or discussing an agent-based modeling project.
