Description

Are you a highly motivated and energetic student? Would you like to gain research experience in an active research lab? Professor Henderson’s Visual Cognition Lab (Center for Mind & Brain) is looking for undergraduate research assistants. Students will be involved in creating stimuli (pictures and texts), collecting and analyzing data, and other related tasks. Students also attend a weekly lab meeting with the members of the lab to talk about research.

Prerequisites (if any)

  • 3.2 GPA minimum
  • Coursework in cognition, perception, and related areas is PREFERRED
  • Students majoring in Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related disciplines (computer science, neuroscience) are PREFERRED

Comments

The Lab is located off-campus at the Center for Mind & Brain in Davis.

RAs are typically expected to commit to

  • 9 hours per week (volunteer or for three 099/199 units)
  • At least two quarters, preferably a full year
