Description

The Attention, Impulsivity, and Regulation (AIR) laboratory’s mission is to improve the lives of children, teens, and adults with and without ADHD who experience problems in attention, impulsivity, and/or cognitive and emotional regulation. We are recruiting volunteer research assistants to work on our three main projects studying impulsivity and inattention.Specific duties are assigned based on individual interest and experience. Click here for our lab website.

Research assistant tasks include:

  • Data scoring and entry
  • Assistance with administration of testing and fMRI scanning visits at the UC Davis Medical Center and fMRI data processing
  • Video coding
  • Running app-based intervention sessions in local preschools
  • General administrative tasks to support the lab. 

Prerequisites (if any)

​Students majoring in Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related disciplines (computer science, neuroscience) are preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3.0 GPA
  • Able to commit 6 hours/week for 3 quarters

Located off campus at the MIND Institute on the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. Shuttle available, refer to TAPS office.
