Professor Mangun Organizes Cognitive Neuroscience Society Meeting

Professor Mangun was quoted in Science magazine regarding his role organizing large CNS meeting

Professor George Mangun, cognitive neuroscientist in the Psychology Department and Center for Mind and Brain at UC Davis, was quoted in Science magazine regarding his leading role in organizing the Cognitive Neuroscience Society (CNS) Meeting virtually. Professor Mangun stated "a lot of our membership had started to ask about our carbon footprint" in reference to CNS' efforts to make future meetings more accessible and environmentally-friendly. This year's conference provided the opportunity to test the virtual format. Professor Mangun serves on the governing Board of the Cognitive Neuroscience Society.
